Assistants participate in a 12–24 month advanced training program designed to help them grow and refine their skills right out of cosmetology school. This hands-on experience ensures they meet the high standards and expectations our guests have come to know and love at Vivo.
Stylists have completed our assistant program and they’re fully prepared to continue growing both their skills and their clientele. These stylists often have more open availability, making it easier to find a time that fits your schedule while still receiving the high-quality service you expect from Vivo.

Senior Stylists have been a part of the Vivo family for several years, bringing a wealth of experience, skill, and confidence to every appointment. With a strong foundation of continued education and hands-on expertise, they’re dedicated to delivering beautiful, consistent results while making you feel completely at ease.
Master Stylists are experienced professionals who lead by example every day. They serve as mentors to newer stylists, consistently demonstrate Vivo’s core values, and are always seeking opportunities to grow and support those around them. With a full book of loyal guests, they bring expertise, consistency, and a deep passion for their craft to every appointment.
What To Expect

Before Your Appointment
The day before your scheduled visit, you’ll receive an email confirmation with everything you need to know—how to find us, how to check in, and how to make yourself comfortable upon arrival.
When You Arrive
You’ll be warmly welcomed and invited to enjoy a complimentary beverage and light snack in our calming lounge area. Take a moment to unwind—it’s your time to relax and feel cared for.
Your Consultation Experience
Your stylist will greet you and guide you through a personalized, in-depth consultation to learn more about your hair history, lifestyle, and goals. If you haven’t completed our New Client Consultation Form, we kindly ask that you do so beforehand so we can provide the most customized experience possible.
After Your Service
Once your service is complete, we’ll walk you through any recommended products to help you maintain your look at home (only if you’re interested), and help you schedule your next appointment to stay on track with your hair goals.
